It looks like a highly embarrassed chipmunk. Did you know that there are Chipmunks in the parks by Lake Geneva? Yep really, just not embarrassed like this one...

This is a soft southern squirrel. It will surely die from hypothermia if the hard northern squirrels don't catch it first.

Chipmunks in Geneva! In don't like the sound of that... Why couldn't the little blighters stick to making amusing novelty records?

Oh, chipmunks are cute. We have some who frolic on our back wall. Alas, our cats give them lustful looks -- rather like pedophiles staring at those Ryanair ads -- and the cats would certainly go the next step and brutalize them, but for my husband's good aim with pebbles.
